HEALTHCARE

Base 26 has created a successful marketing and management platform for small healthcare operators that has received acceptance in many different circles.

Slow economic growth combined with a number of different groups trying to reduce the growing cost of healthcare have made marketing and managing growth for a small healthcare practitioner very difficult.

The Base 26 platform gives the practitioner the tools they need to understand how to market their business, while giving the practitioner additional avenues to outsource their programs to skilled professionals.

30% of Businesses are outsourcing some portion of their marketing and/or new media.

Perhaps on of the most interesting accomplishments of the Base 26 team was in supply chain marketing....not the most glamorous area of business but clearly a needed part of today’s consumer society.

The Base 26 team highlighted three different areas in order to implement and grow a supply chain provider:

We are more than happy to report that our work enabled this provider to grow more than 120% in 18 months.

Additionally, we helped their customers become more efficient and more capable in certain aspects of marketing....a win-win for all involved.

There are numerous avenues a business can take to increase revenue and grow.  And since every business is different, every business has different avenues and different solutions.

The Base 26 approach is to evaluate every business independently.

That way we can understand the best solutions for the specific circumstances so we can determine which alternatives are best suited to your business.

A partial listing of what we can help you create and/or recreate:

This can be for products, services, corporate image, and any aspect of the                     business.

Positioning may be one of the most important aspects of a businesses                    strategy in our new environment.

Are you aware of the intrinsic value you provide and what it means to                   different targets?

Do you understand how the internet has provided you with an ability to                   expand?

Are you communicating value properly with the customer?

Are you benefitting fully from the instrinsic value you provide?

Does the package fit the positioning?

                Does it fit the target?

Mapping Out Your Road To Success

In football, it is hugely important for a receiver to create separation in order to free himself so the quarterback can deliver.  Business is no different, except for one minor exception.  There really is no quarterback.  One could argue that your business is the quarterback and you must deliver, but you still need separation.

Base 26 has created separation by our working in the trenches in many different capacities.

For instance, we’ve worked in getting financing for companies, and that involved helping them develop their core to qualify for financing while they develop their ‘packaging’ so that investors will find the investment palatable.

We’ve also worked in accounting and auditing so that we understand tax implications and how things impact the balance sheet.

We’ve worked in management and development to help companies devise and implement growth strategies.

But maybe most importantly, we’ve worked in marketing and communication to help businesses develop sound strategies, implement those strategies, and then make adjustments to improve their strategy and execution.  This may be the item that creates the most separation when evaluating Base 26, because many companies in development and consulting have not worked in marketing and communication.  They may understand how certain items impact overall growth from a theoretical perspective, but it’s fine tuning some of those items and making calls from experience that can make a difference.
